Sometimes babies’ schedules don’t always align with sunset, and that’s ok! I met this cutie and his parents on Sanibel Island for photos a few hours before sunset. It was a little brighter but we got a happy baby out of it! You just never know what mood little ones will be in. They could be overtired one day and a ray of sunshine the next. Getting on a new schedule and napping in a strange location is always a challenge during the first few days of vacation. I always recommend a low-key day to let the little ones not be overstimulated the day of the session. It may be a bit less exciting that day, no adventuring or long pool times, but I promise it will pay off in the end!
As a local, born and raised in Ft Myers, I know all the best kept secrets. Fun things to do with you little ones, the best restaurants to dine at and the best beaches. Often the beach you are staying at may be full of other beach goers, especially at sunset. I have a list of suggestions that will offer you the best images.
